My name is Pedro Augusto. I’m a Brazilian programmer with a passion for software development and innovation. As the founder of SwitchDreams, I lead a team of talented developers who are committed to creating cutting-edge solutions.

Technologies

Language and frameworks are tools to achieve greater goals. I love exploring new frameworks, but ever since I learned Ruby on Rails, it has become my go-to backend framework.

On the frontend, the Ruby on Rails ecosystem has evolved significantly, and today we find ourselves managing a diverse set of technologies, including:

• React Native + Expo for mobile applications
• React + Inertia + React for web applications
• Hotwired (Stimulus + Turbo) for specific web apps

Open Source

I am a big fan of open source and i have contributed to few projects. I have also created some of my own, including:

• SwitchUI a React Component library with tailwindcss and headlessui
• RestApiGenerator a Rails gem to generate RESTful APIs
• vitepress-rails a Rails gem to use VitePress in your Rails app
